Report on the Handling Aggression training seminar in Belgium - June 2013

After being asked by the director of a Brussels based school to create a course in dealing with aggressiveness, verbal and physical, Mr. Krisztian Zerkowitz - Country Representative of IBSSA in Belgium, together with his colleagues, created a very unique and ground breaking course. This seminar has the backing of the Ministry of Education and as shown in the Belgian Televised News (see below), proved to be very useful to the attendees.

This course is available to all that believe that their work environment requires special skills to deal with cases, which may potentially become dangerous.

The training seminar is designed in a way that it allows for different audiences. With the broad experience of the two lecturers, the course is adapted to the audience, to achieve the best results with every class.
