Award Grant in the Parliament

H.E. László Sólyom – President of the Republic of Hungary awarded Dr. István Fodros – Chairman of the IBSSA Diplomatic Department, Director-Editor in Chief of Diplomatic Magazine, Honorary Consul to the Democratic Republic of Sao Tomé and Príncipe, in recognition of his significant professional and public life activities throughout the decades, with the Knight Cross Medal of Merit of the Hungarian Republic.

The award ceremony took place in the Parliament. H.E. Péter Kiss – Minister in Charge of the Prime Minister's Office handed over the decoration to the Founding member of the Honorary Consular Board accredited in the Republic of Hungary, and gave recognition and appreciation to his walk of life. Dr. Fodros is also a brevet senior lecturer of the Police Academy.
