The Italian Governorship of the "Federation
of Autonomous Priories of the Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem,
Knights of Malta" organised a very high level Knight Ceremony on the
7th December 2002 in Bologna / Italy.
On this particular occasion Prof. George POPPER (Hungary) - Executive
President of IBSSA was advancing of Grade of "Knight of the Great Cross"
and was awarded "Honour of Merit" by the Regent of the Order of Saint
John, His Beatitude Dom Lorenzo O.S.B. - Patriarch and Primate Metropolitan
of the American Orthodox Catholic Church, Jurisdiction of New York. During
the ceremony Prof. Giacomo Spartaco BERTOLETTI (Italy) - 1st Vice President
of IBSSA was promoted "Knight Commander" and the following
Postulants were conferred to Knight of Malta regarding to IBSSA membership
- Dr. Eric R. Van de WALL (NED) Chairman of the Medical Department
of IBSSA - Mr. Bogdan VUKOSAVLJEVIC (SVN) International Coordinator of IBSSA
for FYR Country Representative of IBSSA for Slovenia - Mr. Gianni MONTESANTI (ITA) Security expert of IBSSA
- Mr. Gianfranco CAMERINI (ITA) Member of IBSSA
Mrs. Anna POPPER (HUN) - Chairman of the Event Management and Protocol
Department is the first lady in IBSSA and also from Hungary, who were
conferred to Dame of the Order.
After the Knight Ceremony Dr. Giuseppe Morabito (ITA) - Representative
of PRO-DEO University - was conferring the following Candidates to Doctoral
Degree
