The occasion was greedy: the qualification
examinations for security operators promoted and organized by Mr. Giovanni
OBINO - Regional Representative of IBSSA for Sardinia - for the seven
students fit for the 3rd level and three of them were women, the “Sardinian
angels”: Anna, Dafne and Lucia. For the first time the Executive
President of IBSSA, Prof. George POPPER, GCKM went in Sardinia along
with his wife, Dr. Anna POPPER - Chairman of Event Management and Protocol
Department of IBSSA and it was also the occasion to value for oneself
the introduction of new technical technologies: red man and baton, for
instance.

The introduction of the complete red man and in the near future also
of the Atundente, makes the training real and functional with batons,
tonfa, etc. Cushions for practice, buffer with special protected surface
proved to be essential ways for the students of high level. An investment
of the IBSSA Italy that ensures the spirit of continuous technical and
managerial evolution. The center of clay-pigeon and dynamic shooting “Raole” directed
by Mariano ORGIANA was the point of reference of all the subjects belonging
to the IBSSA program: self-defence (GSB), safe driving (Roberto DE RONZI),
weapons using (Roberto GOBBI), daring techniques (GSB, Roberto DE RONZI),
clearing techniques. As usual the lessons on theory about the legislation
in progress could not be absent, this is a subject on which IBSSA insists
in every moment, and first aid (Dr. Veronique SANTAROSSA).

Apart from the technical engagement, also the proper political implications
among which the contacts with the “International Parliament of
States for safety and peace” with the presence of the Ambassador
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Prof. Rocco GIACALONE. Why the “International
Parliament of States for safety and peace”? IBSSA aims to be recognized
as a non-governmental organisation and as educator of professional cadres.
It means high international recognition of the qualification diploma.

Conclusions

Gala evening for the mayor Marco PISANU and the local authorities, among
which we mention: the sports councillor Andrea ANEDDA, the commander
of carabinieri post of Orroli Piero Meloni, vice commander of carabinieri
post of Orroli Meloni and special thanks to Mr Giovanni DESSI, regional
president of the sports Union Acli, thanks to we could run the course
for security operator.

In the end Prof. George POPPER handed over some federal merits in particular
to the super team: Roberto GOBBI (course chief), GSB and Roberto DE RONZI.
